1. Direct venue management, from preparation to room, church, and reception venue.
2. Ensure that the ceremony and reception are set up in accordance with the client's plans.
3. Monitor venue set-up, layout, and design with the suppliers head managing their deliverable.
4. Orchestration of church processional, pictorial and recessional arrangements.
5. Briefing of all attendants, readers, commentator offerers, and entourage about their duties and responsibilities on the wedding day.
6. In charge of guest management and seating arrangements at the reception.
